After a little logistical too-ing and fro-ing, Aspect did a great job of both replacing my boiler and installing washing machine connections to my basement (no easy task).
They worked tidily and produced a very neat job.
I'm using them again for some electrical work shortly...

Very helpful, nothing was actually wrong with my boiler however Aspect went through some options and they did suggest the smell might be eminating from a dead something under the floorboards and when I discovered the dead mouse under my boiler they were right!!!
