Very unreliable. I called for an estimate on a straightforward job and was told someone would come out "after 9am" on a Thursday. I asked to be emailed a written estimate and none came. On the day I waited until 3pm and called Mr Densley's mobile for an update. No-one arrived and no-one called to change the arrangement or apologise. In other words, a complete waste of my time.
