A real pain to deal with

While the product they offer looks very nice, I would not recommend you use Whitehall at all.
We paid in advance, only to receive a fax saying that the colour we had chosen should not be used as a worktop, when that's how their product is described (job for Trading Standards I'd think).
Then they failed to deliver on first date, delayed by 10 days, only to delay again.
Can't organise anything on time and we should, apparently, be concerned that the end product isn't up to the job.
